You have made an appointment... What Now?

When you arrive for your first appointment we will greet you and your pet. We will ask you some questions, including your contact information, your pets history, health and behavior information. We will then discuss grooming needs with you. Once grooming needs have been decided on, we will inform you of the price and give you a pick up time. How long does grooming take? This depends on the individual pet. Coat condition, age, temperament, breed and style are all contributing factors. OUR AIM To provide a relaxed, stress free environment for your dog, so he can feel happy and secure while receiving regularly scheduled grooming & pampering

I will pamper you dog with a refreshing bath using lovely sented shampoos and they will also enjoy a nice massage in the bath.
